Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Pablo Ríos Barriuso, Spanish tax ID (NIF) ***4337**, with address at Calle Lepanto 10, 1º4, 29003 Málaga, Spain, and contact email mundodevalores1@gmail.com. The full tax ID is available to the competent authorities, and to users who request it with justified cause, through the support email. You can write to that address to exercise any of the rights described below.
What data we collect
From the grown-up: name and email address, so they can access the account. From the child: only a short name or nickname, a drawn avatar they choose themselves, and their age in years. We do not ask for or store surnames, photographs, exact dates of birth, location, phone numbers or contacts.
What we use it for
To show progress, save the badges earned, and let the grown-up review activity and set limits. We do not use the data for advertising or to build commercial profiles.
Parental consent
A child profile can only be created after a grown-up creates their account and expressly confirms that they are the child's parent or legal guardian. That consent is recorded with its date.
Children in the United States (COPPA)
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not collect personal information from a child without verifiable consent from their parent or legal guardian, obtained when the account is created with a confirmed email address. We collect the bare minimum the app needs — a short name, an avatar and an age — and never use it for advertising or disclose it to third parties for commercial purposes. The adult can review their child's data, request its deletion and withdraw consent at any time from Family panel › My account, without that being a condition for using anything else.
Children in the European Union (GDPR)
The legal basis for processing a child's data is the consent of the holder of parental responsibility, under Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. That consent is requested explicitly before any child profile is created and is recorded with its date. The rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection apply, as does the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
Where it is stored
The adult's account and each child profile's progress are stored in Firebase (Google), on servers located in the European Union (europe-west1 region, Belgium). Google acts as data processor on behalf of Pablo Ríos Barriuso. The app also keeps a copy on the device itself so it can work offline. Drawings and crafts never leave the device.
How long data is kept
For as long as the account stays active. Deleting the account from within the app permanently and promptly removes the adult's identity, every child profile, their progress and their usage history, both on the server and on the device.
Reading out loud
Narration uses the speech synthesiser that already comes with the device's operating system. The text never leaves the device and is not sent to any external service, and the feature stays switched off until a grown-up turns it on.
The child's drawings
The crafts and drawings the child creates always stay on the device. They are not uploaded to any server and are not shared with anyone.
Advertising and third parties
The app shows no advertising, embeds no ad networks and carries no third-party analytics or attribution tools. We do not sell or share personal data.
Your rights
You can review, correct or delete all the information at any time from Family dashboard › My account. Deleting the account permanently removes every profile, all progress and all associated drawings.
